Sodium acetate trihydrate is a hydrate. It contains a sodium acetate. The trihydrate sodium salt of acetic acid, which is used as a source of sodium ions in solutions for dialysis and as a systemic and urinary alkalize, diuretic, and expectorant. Sodium acetate trihydrate is commonly used in several applications. A formulation with ethanol may be used for precipitation of nucleic acids. Often used in the preparation of gel stains for protein gel electrophoresis. Effective as a buffer with Acetic acid (sc-214462) in the range of pH 3.6 - 5.6. Studies on microbial pili suggest that sodium acetate suppressed K99 production in E. coli strains cultured on a minimal medium. Experiments have shown that when added to food waste composting systems, sodium acetate may be effective at counteracting the adverse effects of organic acids produced in the composting process. Sodium acetate is used in the textile industry to neutralize sulfuric acid waste streams and as a photo resist while using aniline dyes. It is also a pickling agent in chrome tanning and helps to impede vulcanization of chloroprene in synthetic production. In processing cotton for disposable cotton pads, sodium acetate is used to eliminate the build-up of static electricity. APPLICATIONS
Medicine:  Iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiency in the United States. Athletes, young women, vegetarians, and older adults, for instance, are more likely to have iron deficiency than other people

Together with other iron compounds, ferrous sulfate fortifies foods and treats low iron levels in blood such as those caused by anemia or pregnancy
Iron helps blood to carry oxygen through the human body.
Colorant:  Ferrous sulfate was used in the manufacture of inks, most notably iron gall ink, which was used during the Middle Ages until the end of the eighteenth century. Chemical tests made on the Lachish letters
Pomegranate to make a dark olive green
Madder (a Eurasian herb) to make a deep grayish purple
Tannin to make a grayed purple
Chestnut to make a medium gray
Cutch (a dyestuff and tanning agent) to make a rich chocolate brown

Plant growth:  Much like aluminium sulfate, ferrous sulfate is used as a soil amendment for lowering the pH of a high alkaline soil so plants can more readily access the soil’s nutrients. In horticulture it is used for treating iron chlorosis, a yellowing of plant leaves caused by iron deficiency. Although not as rapid-acting as ferric EDTA, its effects are longer-lasting. Gardeners and farmers mix it with compost and dig it into the soil to create a store which can last for years. They may also use it as a lawn conditioner and moss killer
Phosphorus Removal and Colour Reduction in Wastewater: Ferrous sulfate is the coagulant of choice for many industrial and sanitary wastewater treatment applications, due to its high efficiency, effectiveness in clarification, and utility as a sludge dewatering agent (4). A coagulation treatment is the process of removing suspended solids and colour from, in this case, water. A few things to consider when treating water are TSS, FOG, BOD, and COD.

Ammonium sulphate, also called diammonium sulphate or sulfuric acid diammonium salt, is a white crystalline solid with no smell. It tastes salty. The compound dissolves easily in water but will not dissolve in alcohol or acetone. It readily absorbs water, so if it’s exposed to moist air, it will “scab” on the damp surfaces. The chemical formula for ammonium sulphate is (NH₄)₂SO₄. When ammonium sulphate reacts with alkaline substances, it gives off ammonia gas. Finally, ammonium sulphate is a fertilizer that’s sometimes used in making homemade explosives. Ammonium sulphate is used most as an artificial fertilizer for alkaline soils.

APPLICATIOUse in Fertilizers: Ammonium sulphate is used most as an artificial fertilizer for alkaline soils. When introduced into damp soil, an ammonium ion is released. This creates a small amount of acid, which lowers the pH balance of the soil. It also contributes nitrogen, which aids in plant growth. It dissolves relatively slowly, which makes it cheaper than some other artificial fertilizers.
Ammonium sulphate is also used as an herbicide because it will burn the leaves of plants and either kill them outright or at least weaken them for easy removal.
    Other uses :
In the treatment of drinking water, ammonium sulphate is utilized in a blend with chlorine to produce monochloramine for disinfection
Ammonium Sulphate is utilized from a more minor perspective in the arrangement of other Ammonium salts, particularly Ammonium Persulfate.
Ammonium Sulphate is recorded as an ingredient for some United States vaccines per the Centre for Disease Control.
Ammonium Sulphate has been utilized as a wood preservative. However, because of its hygroscopic nature, this utilization has generally ended because of related problems with metal clasp corrosion, dimensional unsteadiness, and finish disappointments.

Soda Ash is the common name for sodium carbonate, which is a chemical compound with the formula Na2CO3. This compound is also known as washing soda and soda crystals. Soda ash can be categorised as an inorganic compound. It can be noted that all hydrates of sodium carbonate are referred to as soda ash. It can also be noted that all these forms of sodium carbonate are white solids under standard conditions. Soda ash is water-soluble and is known to form slightly alkaline solutions when dissolved in water. Traditional methods of obtaining soda ash involved the burning of plants that grow in sodium-rich soils and collecting their ashes (hence the name). Sodium carbonate is known to be a diazonium salt of carbonic acid (a chemical compound with the formula H2CO3). When dissolved in water, soda ash is known to form carbonic acid and sodium hydroxide. In its pure form, soda ash exists as a white powder and is known to be odourless. It can also be noted that soda ash is a relatively strong base that can act as an antacid. The preparation of soda ash is generally done using one of four processes – the Leblanc process, the Dual-process, the Solvay process, and the Electrolytic process. Soda ash is a weak acid that is slightly soluble in ethanol and insoluble in alcohol. One of the important applications of this compound is as a water softener.

Potassium humate is the potassium salt of humic acid. It is manufactured commercially by alkaline extraction of brown coal (lignite) leonardite and is used mainly as a soil conditioner. The extraction is performed in water with the addition of potassium hydroxide (KOH), sequestering agents, and hydrotropic surfactants. Heat is used to increase the solubility of humic acids and hence more potassium humate can be extracted. The resulting liquid is dried to produce the amorphous crystalline like product which can then be added as a granule to fertilizer. The potassium humate granules by way of chemical extraction lose their hydrophobic properties and are now soluble.

Phosphoric acid (also known as orthophosphoric acid or phosphoric(V) acid) is a mineral (inorganic) and weak acid having the chemical formula H3PO4. Orthophosphoric acid refers to phosphoric acid, which is the IUPAC name for this compound, Technical Grade Phosphoric Acid is a transparent, colorless mineral acid with a viscous texture. It is a non-volatile liquid mostly found in 75% to 85% liquid solution concentration. The technical grade is primarily used for commercial and industrial purposes. The compound is an acid. Removal of all three H+ ions gives the phosphate ion PO3−4. Removal of one or two protons gives dihydrogen phosphate ion H2PO−4, and the hydrogen phosphate ion HPO2−4, respectively. Phosphoric acid forms esters, called organophosphates. The name "orthophosphoric acid" can be used to distinguish this specific acid from other "phosphoric acids", such as pyrophosphoric acid. Nevertheless, the term "phosphoric acid" often means this specific compound; and that is the current IUPAC nomenclature.

Potassium carbonate is the inorganic compound with the formula K2CO3. It is a white salt, which is soluble in water and forms a strongly alkaline solution. It is deliquescent, often appearing as a damp or wet solid. Potassium carbonate is mainly used in the production of soap and glass. Potassium carbonate (K2CO3) is a white salt, soluble in water (insoluble in ethanol) which forms a strongly alkaline solution. It can be made as the product of potassium hydroxide's absorbent reaction with carbon dioxide. It presents a large capacity to absorb moisture. It is also called Carbonate of potash, or Dipotassium carbonate or Pearl ash. It is a dipotassium salt of carbonic acid. It is widely used in the production of glass and soap. Pearl ash is hygroscopic, deliquescent powder white. It is odourless and tastes alkaline. It is readily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol, acetone, and alcohol. It has a pH of 11.6. It is a primary component of potash. Historically, Dipotassium carbonate was created by baking potash in a kiln. The white powder produced was potassium carbonate. In the year 1790, Samuel Hopkins was awarded the first patent which was issued by the US Patent Office for an improved method of pearl ash and making potash.

Plant nutrients needed in micro levels are called as micronutrients. Mineral elements comprising of Zinc (Zn), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mn), Iron (Fe), Boron (B), Molybdenum (Mo) are the essential micronutrients needed for plant growth and development. Micronutrients are crucial for plant growth and play an important role in balancing crop nutrition. Micronutrients though needed in minute amounts play an important role in most enzymatic reactions as they act as co factors for enzymes. Micronutrients help the major elements to perform their functions. If they are not present, the major elements will not be able to perform their duties even if you supply them. The common roles are overall plant growth, photosynthesis, chlorophyll formation, cell wall development resistance to plant disease, nitrogen fixation, colour of the fruits, sugar transport, fruit textures, the turgidity of the plant, and osmotic balances. Micronutrients such as Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu are easily oxidized or precipitated in soil, and their utilization is, therefore, not efficient. Chelated fertilisers have been developed to increase micronutrient utilization efficiency. When in chelated form, the metal isn’t precipitated by phosphates, carbonates and other soil and fertiliser components. In this free, chelated form, it remains mobile and unfixed. It can move freely through the soil for uptake by the plant root system.
    Name: Chelated Micronutrients
Chemical name: Composition of Fusion Micronutrient Mixture
Other Names: microelement, minute amount, trace mineral.
    Appearance: Powder

    APPLICATIONS:
Micronutrients like zinc, boron, iron, copper, and manganese are essential for the health of crops and can boost plant quality and improve yields. Nutrient management is vital for effective productivity in crop production.
    Micronutrients increases the crop yield.
Its increases the resistance power of crop against the fungus and bacteria.
This helps in increasing the quantity of primary and secondary nutrients.
Micronutrients protects the greenness of crops.
It helps in growth of crops.
It helps in making the fruits and flower in equal size and more attractive.
It makes fruit heavier and increases its keeping quality.
It helps in maintaining the colour and taste of fruit.

K2SO4 is an inorganic chemical compound. It is also known as Sulfuric acid dipotassium salt or dipotassium sulfate. Potassium sulfate occurs naturally in volcanic lava and salt lakes. It appears as a colourless to white crystalline powder or crystals. It is odourless and has a bitter, hard and saline-like taste. It dissolves in water but insoluble in ethanol. Potassium (K) fertilizer is commonly added to improve the yield and quality of plants growing in soils that are lacking an adequate supply of this essential nutrient. Most fertilizer K comes from ancient salt deposits located throughout the world. The word “potash” is a general term that most frequently refers to potassium chloride (KCl), but it also applies to all other K-containing fertilizers, such as potassium sulfate (K₂SO₄, commonly referred to as sulfate of potash, or SOP). Potassium sulfate is an excellent source of K nutrition for plants. The K portion of the K₂SO₄ is no different from other common potash fertilizers. However, it also supplies a valuable source of S, which protein synthesis and enzyme function require. Like K, S can also be too deficient for adequate plant growth.

It is used in the production of gypsum boards.
It is used to synthesize potassium aluminium sulfate.
It is used to produce gypsum cement.
It is used in explosives as a flash suppressant
The main use would be as fertiliser from the agricultural industry, to provide the potassium that plants need to grow their crops: see potassium sulphate fertiliser.
In the aquariums the role of individual potassium sulphate is especially important, as the rest of the nutrients needed by the plants will be provided by the aquarium itself (via the fish food): see more on potassium sulphate aquarium.
It is also used in the pharmaceutical industry as a raw material for medicines as a potassium supplier.

Dicalcium phosphate is the calcium phosphate with the formula CaHPO4 and its dihydrate. The "di" prefix in the common name arises because the formation of the HPO42– anion involves the removal of two protons from phosphoric acid, H3PO4. It is also known as dibasic calcium phosphate or calcium nonhydrogen phosphate. Dicalcium phosphate is used as a food additive, it is found in some toothpastes as a polishing agent and is a biomaterial. Dicalcium phosphate (DCP), also known as calcium hydrogen phosphate, is a mineral and member of the calcium phosphate family. Calcium phosphates are salts derived from phosphoric acid. They look like a white powder and have no smell. You can use DCP as a dietary supplement, an antacid and even a treatment for hypocalcaemia, a calcium deficiency in the blood.

DCP has two chemical formulas: dicalcium phosphate-anhydrous (free from water) and dicalcium phosphate-dihydrate (which contains two water molecules) Despite their slight chemical differences, they have similar functions. You can use both as over-the-counter calcium and phosphorus supplements. Both are a source of calcium and phosphate in toothpaste and food additives

Dicalcium Phosphate is a white powder/granule substance and is odourless, without lumps. This is used in micro-nutrition and veterinary products it is used to prepare certain cereals and other processed food items. Sodium Acetate Anhydrous is the anhydrous, sodium salt form of acetic acid. Sodium acetate anhydrous disassociates in water to form sodium ions (Na+) and acetate ions. Sodium is the principal cation of the extracellular fluid and plays a large part in fluid and electrolyte replacement therapies.

Sodium Acetate, Anhydrous is a moderately water-soluble crystalline Sodium source that decomposes to Sodium oxide on heating. It is generally immediately available in most volumes. All metallic acetates are inorganic salts containing a metal cation and the acetate anion, a univalent (-1 charge) polyatomic ion composed of two carbon atoms ionically bound to three hydrogen and two oxygen atoms (Symbol: CH3COO) for a total formula weight of 59.05. Acetates are excellent precursors for production of ultra-high purity compounds, catalysts, and nanoscale materials. We also produce Sodium Acetate, Anhydrous Solution. The most common form includes water of crystallization as the heptahydrate, with the formula ZnSO4·7H2O. It was historically known as "white vitriol". Zinc sulfate and its hydrates are colourless solids. Zinc Sulfate Heptahydrate is a moderately water and acid soluble Zinc source for uses compatible with sulphates. Sulfate compounds are salts or esters of sulfuric acid formed by replacing one or both of the hydrogens with a metal. Most metal sulfate compounds are readily soluble in water for uses such as water treatment, unlike fluorides and oxides which tend to be insoluble. Organometallic forms are soluble in organic solutions and sometimes in both aqueous and organic solutions. Metallic ions can also be dispersed utilizing suspended or coated nanoparticles and deposited utilizing sputtering targets and evaporation materials for uses such as solar cells and fuel cells. Zinc Sulfate Heptahydrate is generally immediately available in most volumes. High purity, submicron and nano powder forms may be considered. We also produce Zinc Sulfate Solution. American Elements produces to many standard grades when applicable, including Mil Spec (military grade); ACS, Reagent and Technical Grade; Food, Agricultural and Pharmaceutical Grade; Optical Grade, USP and EP/BP (European Pharmacopoeia/British Pharmacopoeia) and follows applicable ASTM testing standards. Typical and custom packaging is available. Additional technical, research and safety (MSDS) information is available as is a Reference Calculator for converting relevant units of measurement.

Monopotassium phosphate (MKP) (also, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, KDP, or monobasic potassium phosphate) is the inorganic compound with the formula KH2PO4. Together with dipotassium phosphate (K2HPO4.(H2O)x) it is often used as a fertilizer, food additive, and buffering agent. The salt often cocrystallizes with the dipotassium salt as well as with phosphoric acid when reacted with MgO, produces high-quality ceramics. It is formed by the chloride or potassium carbonate reaction with phosphoric acid, and the phosphate is derived in a pure form as a crystalline material. Monopotassium Phosphate is nothing but the monopotassium salt of phosphoric acid bearing the formula KH2PO4.  Monopotassium Phosphate is easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. It is commercially available. Monopotassium Phosphate produces ceramics of high quality at the time of its reaction with MgO. The reaction between the chloride or potassium carbonate and the phosphate generally produce the above-mentioned compound.

Cold-pressed Neem oil is expressed from the seed of the Azadirachta indica tree. The tree is part of the mahogany family – Meliaceae and it is one of two species in the genus Azadirachta, native to India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. It is classified under the order Sapindales, from the family Meliaceae, with the genus Azadirachta and the species A. indica. It is a very strange smelling oil - some people think it smells of garlic, other think it has an onion smell while others cannot really define the smell - but take note - it does have a smell. The Neem tree is a fast growing, long-life tree popular in the tropics and is grown for its ornamental value, as well as for its therapeutic value and is used as fuel for its workable, but unpleasant smelling wood

    Blends well with:

    Geranium, cedarwood, florals, sandalwood.

    Chemical Composition:

The Azadirachtin content of Neem oil can vary a lot – from 300ppm to over 2,500ppm depending on the extraction and quality of the Neem seeds used to produce the oil.

    Toxicological Properties:

The internal medicinal uses of Neem include malaria, tuberculosis, rheumatism, arthritis, jaundice, and intestinal worms as well as skin diseases. It also has alternative (increases vitality) properties. The oil is NOT normally taken internally - but as a decoction made from the leaves. The extract of Neem leaves has also demonstrated significant anti-diabetic potential.

    Uses & Precautions:

The traditional Indian uses of Neem summarized:

Store Neem oil in a cool dark place, away from sunlight. Neem oil can easily solidify - even at low room temperatures. Should this happen put the bottle in warm water (below 95 degrees F) to liquefy? Do not place in near boiling water, as it may reduce the effectiveness of the oil. Neem oil has a rather strong smell you might want to add a few drops of essential oil to any mixture to mask the smell. Lavender or lemongrass essential oils work well – but you could add your personal favorite.
